The Psalm 1 Kids Children’s Ministry is a place for children to grow in a deeper faith relationship with God and a closer relationship with friends. We know that children learn from leaders they can trust. We are partnering with parents to provide a safe, loving and fun community where your child will experience a solid foundation for a lifelong journey of faith in Jesus.

Get to Know Our Check-In Process

We are ready every Sunday to provide excellent care for your children. Our Psalm1 Kids ministry team will meet you on the second-floor lobby of our Children's Building and assist you in getting checked in.

Gaga and Games tomorrow from 10:00-12:00. Meet us in the 6th grade room.

Join us this week for some summer fun! Gaga and Games is Thursday from 10:00am-12:00pm in the 6th grade room. Then on Friday night join us for Movie Night. FREE concessions open at 6:30 and movies start at 7:00. Choose between Aladdin or Inside Out. Check out our events page for more summer activities. fbca.org/events.

Campers and families join us at the Connect Camp party. It is tomorrow from 9:00 am - 9:45 am in the 6th grade room. We will watch the camp video and have a chance to share a favorite camp activity. There will also be one last guessing game. DON`T FORGET TO WEAR YOUR T-SHIRT! See you tomorrow.

Connect Camp is almost two weeks away. Check out our webpage for talent show information. You will also find the Camper Packet there. It has all of the information about camp. What ages does Psalm 1 Kids cover?

Psalm 1 Kids is for children in first through sixth grades! We welcome our new first graders each fall at the beginning of the school year, and we celebrate in a special way with our sixth graders as they merge into the Youth Ministry!

How can I be involved as a parent?

We love when parents want to be involved! We encourage parents to volunteer to teach, play, and help guide children in their personal relationship with Jesus. We also recognize that God has given the parents the responsibility to be the spiritual leaders of their children. So, we partner with parents by providing transformational resources and information that focus on the parent as the spiritual leader for their children so that together we can “Start off children on the right path.” Proverbs 22:6 NIRV
