Staff Leadership Structure
Staff leadership at First Baptist Arlington is primarily provided by two groups: the Pastoral Lead Team (PLT) and the Ministry Lead Team (MLT).
Pastoral Lead Team (PLT)
The PLT is responsible for casting vision, communicating with the key lay leadership entities across the life of our church as well as setting/evaluating macro-goals, paying attention to the macro-financial health of our church, assessing the overall spiritual health of our church, and facilitating the overall health of our staff.
The Pastoral Lead Team consists of:

Curt Grice, Associate Pastor of Spiritual Formation
Ministry Lead Team (MLT)
Summary responsibilities of the MLT:
- Work with the PLT on Vision & Goals
- Assist in Stewarding Resources
- Accountability/Management
- Implementation of Priorities/Alignment
- Day-to-day Health of Staff
- Communication, Collaboration, and Clarity
- Congregational Involvement & Service
The Ministry Lead Team consists of:
