Your mission will involve stepping into multifaceted roles, igniting transformation through:

• Relational Architect: Building real, gritty, grace-filled relationships that extend beyond church walls.
• Culture Curator: Bridging the gap between our church and the hearts and minds of Gen Z and Gen Alpha.
• Movement Leader: Designing engaging, Gospel-centered programs and empowering a tribe of adult leaders.
• Kingdom Visionary: Raising up students who lead with integrity, serve with compassion, and boldly share the Gospel.
• Faithful Steward: Responsibly overseeing the student ministry budget and facility, while collaborating and dreaming with church staff.

Who We're Looking For: The Heart of a Leader

We believe the ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience: Proven leadership experience coupled with an insatiable hunger for knowledge.
• Character & Chemistry: A profound love for Jesus, the Church, teenagers, and authentic relationships. You're not intimidated by hard conversations or audacious dreams.
• Skills & Savvy: Proficiency with modern tools; adept at retreat planning, powerful preaching, and dedicated student mentorship.
