Has God called you to invest, disciple, lead, and love junior high and high school students within the context of the local church? We’re searching for someone with the desire, passion, and skillset needed to strengthen our ministry to students, specifically to our guys, to invest and partner with parents, and work beside our leaders to engage students in our community. The Youth Ministry at First Baptist Church Arlington, Texas, is searching for a full-time Youth Ministry Associate. This new position on our team will be responsible for building and maintaining healthy relationships with students, families, and Youth Ministry leadership; and assisting in the development, planning, organization, and facilitation of ministry opportunities for students, specifically male students, at First Arlington.
A bachelor’s degree is required and one to three years of local church youth ministry experience is preferred.
