Our church believes in serving in our own community and also around the world. Jesus was clear when he said go make disciples and several members of our church have answered this calling to move around the world. Please be in prayer for them and the ministries they are involved in. Pray for the unreached people who have yet to hear the Good News. Pray for the new believers to remain strong in their decision to follow the Jesus Way. Pray for the persecuted church. And pray for your involvement in the Great Commission, whether it’s local or global.

There are a few different ways you can give to support the work of the Great Commission locally and globally.
First, as we said above, there are many people who have answered the calling God placed on their hearts to move across the world. But they can’t live there without your support. You can click here to visit sending.org to see who are workers are and how you can support them. Even $10 a month will really impact their budget!
Second, giving to the general budget sends money our way. Click that orange button in the top right corner that says Give (or click here). Once you arrive at fbca.org/giving, click the give online button and select the Budget option.
Third, at the same page as before, you can select send your money to the World Mission Offering, or WMO. The WMO allows FBCA to invest in missions, particularly Cross-Cultural Engagement. This offering is over and above the budgeted mission offering. Currently, the Great Commission Council is the entity which examines the global, national, state, and local engagements that reflect the missional priorities of the church. The church gathers to vote annually on the distribution of funds and offering goal set by this council at the beginning of each fiscal year in April.
Here’s the breakdown of our money:
FBCA Directed- 55%
