We have RE-sumed our Fit Over 50 exercise class on Tuesday mornings at 9am in the Aerobics Room. Cost is $4.00 per person per class. This class is perfectly designed to improve flexibility, balance and strength no matter your current status.
Park in the garage, then enter at the South Entrance. Take the Family Life Center elevator straight up to the 3rd floor and join your friends for this special time. If you are not registered to park in the garage, please email us so we can get the ball rolling for you to be able to park in there.
