Tillie Burgin

Associate Pastor for Missions

First Baptist Church is Tillie’s home. She accepted Christ, grew as a Christian, and heard her call to Missions through the church. Tillie, her husband Bob, and her two children spent ten years as missionaries in South Korea. After a career in public education, Tillie joined the staff of the church on August 1st, 1986. Twenty years later, Mission Arlington continues to reflect Tillie’s heart, a passion to glorify God and a desire to introduce people to Jesus Christ.

Debbie Musgrave

Business Manager

Debbie began working at Mission Arlington in 1987. As the Business Manager, Debbie helps to manage the day-to-day affairs of Mission Arlington. Though Debbie spends much of her day working with numbers, her love for God is evident in everything she does. Debbie has a minister’s heart. For nearly twenty years, she has led a Bible study for women who are (or once were) sheltered from abuse by the Arlington Women’s Shelter. This ministry is thriving today.
