New Mom's Lunch
Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2009; 11:30 - 1:00 in the Parlor;
A celebration and quiet break for those moms who had a child during the year of 2008.
Enjoy lunch, a chair massage, and sweet fellowship.
Please make reservations through the Preschool Ministry office.
Practical Parenting for Practically Everyone
A parenting workshop designed for those whose families include preschoolers,
elementary age, and/or youth. Grandparents are invited too!
Tommy Sanders, from the Childhood Education Department at DBU,
will share parenting helps on healthy ways to set limits, how to help your child listen,
and instructions on ways to make good choices. There will be time for a question and answer
session as well. It all takes place on Sunday, January 25th at 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall.
Free child care is provided, birth – 6th grade. If you have questions, contact

Mother/Daughter Tea & Fashion Show

New Parent Seminar
Class offered on February 8 and April 19 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
This is a practical time of spiritual instruction for those families who want to
participate in the Parent/Child Dedication service. This seminar is designed specifically
to give the dedication experience meaning and purpose. For that reason, we are asking that
parents attend the seminar before participating in the dedication service.

Parent/Child Dedication
February 22 and May 10 during all worship times
A special time for our young families to dedicate themselves to raising
their child in a Christian family. Please make reservations with the Preschool Ministry
office to attend the New Parent Seminar and participate in the dedication service.
