What are your favorite TV shows? I Love Lucy, West Wing, Golden Girls
What is one thing you can do really well? Bake. It’s so much fun!
What is one thing you wish you could do better? Love the person that cuts me off while I’m driving.
What website do you visit the most? Facebook.
What is your greatest extravagance? SHOES!
What is your idea of happiness? I am happiest when I am sitting outside, on top of a mountain, at the park, in my “back yard”… I can feel the wind blowing on my face and the sun shining down. I can hear the birds singing their songs… Knowing that God gave Me all of this, is mind blowing. There may be times I complain about my grades in school, get mad at mom and dad for who knows what, or want what I can’t have, but when it comes down to it, me being in God’s presence in His perfect creation is happiness.
Who are the important people in your life? My family is definitely at the top of the list. My parents, brother, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents and great grandparents. I wouldn’t be who I am today without them. They’re the best, and I wouldn’t trade them for the world. I love them. I love them. I love them. I get excited just thinking about them. My friends are also a big part of my life. I couldn’t make it without my family, without my friends. I guess in a way, my friends become my family.
When did you start working at FBCA? I started working for David Butts in January 2006 and just kind of moved up from there.
What do you like most about your jobs? I love the people I work with. There is always a smile waiting around the corner or a joke waiting to be told. I also enjoy being able to help those people that I see at church all the time. I may not know most of them, but it’s pretty cool putting a face to a name when I finally do meet them. There are so many people!
What is your favorite Bible Verse? Jeremiah 29:11. It’s so easy to become frustrated with day to day life. Things happen that just don’t make any sense to me. This verse reminds me time and time again that no matter what occurs in life, it will all be okay.
