What are your favorite TV shows?   The Office, Pushing Daisies, Amazing Race, Survivor

If you could invite any three people to dinner - living or dead - who would you invite?   Bono, Jimmy Carter and Jesus.

What is something you do well?   Make people laugh.

What is something you wish you did better?   Paperwork.

What website do you visit most often?   Facebook.

What is your greatest extravagance?   Laughing out loud whenever I want.

What is your idea of happiness?   A nice long trip with my wife...ideally overseas...to China to adopt our child.

Who are the important people in your life?   My wife, my family, and several friends I've had for years who really enrich my life.

When did you start working at First Baptist?   August of 1995.

What do you like most about your job?   Getting to know so many people and seeing transformation happen.

What is your favorite Bible verse?   "Meanwhile, the moment we get tired in the waiting, God's Spirit is right alongside helping us along. If we don't know how or what to pray, it doesn't matter. He does our praying in and for us, making prayer out of our wordless sighs, our aching groans. He knows us far better than we know ourselves, knows our pregnant condition, and keeps us present before God.
